Duties and Responsibilities: -
* Responsible for going to the installation site of a piping system and surveying the land for any
irregularities, then analyze those observations as a part of the process for creating system
blueprints.
* Should draw blueprints for piping systems, should know about how each part relates to the
functionality of the whole.
* Ensuring plans meet the client’s specifications.
* Organizing the transportation of materials
Assist in production activity control to meet business and financial objectives.
* Work with Managers to plan and manage production tasks to improve run time.
* Review production plans to identify and report potential risks to Manager.
Preparing, Implementing and Monitoring of Production Plans & Schedule with responsibility of
mobilizing resources for the time delivery.
* Complete study of drawings & preparing project schedules, budgets and materials requirement
accordingly, Preparation of project status, daily, weekly and monthly production reports.
* Communication & job status reporting with both client & management. Coordination with
Purchase Department for Purchase of the materials and ensuring time delivery of materials.
* Approving the quality of raw materials before manufacturing begins.
* Responsible for a final in-depth inspection, before signing off and approving the product.
