1. Send the Pre-Qualification list of documents to the company and coordinate to them for the remaining Pre-Qualification Documents
2. Make a Log register to monitor and update which company are pending and ready to submit to Consultant or Client and keep the record updated
3. Make sure the Pre-Qualification documents are correct accordance with the list of requirement of Q-rail before submitting to the internal review and to the Consultant or Client to avoid rejection.
4. Answer the questions of the Supplier / Subcontractor through email or phone call if they have any questions or clarification regarding to Pre-Qualifications
Monitoring & Updating for all Incoming & Outgoing Transmittal in Document register
Monitoring & Updating for all Incoming & Outgoing Correspondence in Document register
Uploading all submission documentation in Aconex System
Make sure all the submission document in Aconex System are the Same in your Document register.
Compiling All the Final Turnover Document for future Turnover.
Make sure all the document are easily to find.
Weekly & Monthly Report Working Progress
Preparing Final Turnover Documentation
Coordinating to Site Engineers regarding the status of open snags and follow up closure schedule
Monitoring Open & Closed SnagR
Preparing Weekly and Monthly report of SnagR to Project Consultant
Monitoring incoming & outgoing materials from warehouse
Expediting material gate pass
Updating the material tracker master list
Manpower & Manhour daily report & Diesel Reporting Every Month
Coordinating to Plant & Equipment Contact persons if there are issue on Plant & Equipment.
Coordinating to Site Manager if they have any request materials that need to bring at site.
Monitoring for all the certificate of all the lifting materials, Harness, Plant & Equipment and create a log register for easy to find if necessary need.
Arranging and preparing Safety Induction, preparing and making all the passes going inside NDIA construction site
Coordinating to all Subcontractors and Manpower suppliers for the safety induction procedure and requirement procedure when entering NDIA construction site
Filing all the training records and creating log on the system for proper monitoring and for future references.
Providing Safety Induction and Driving training to all Subcontractors and Manpower supply.
Preparing Weekly and Monthly Manhour and Manpower reports for submission to Consultant.
Coordinate to Safety Officer to get their Daily Site Activity and make a report to Safety Manager.
