Responsible for Maintaining and Improving RF KPIs
Detailed analysis of Key Performance Indicators.
Monitoring Network KPIs: Call Setup success rate, HO Success (IRAT+HHO), Blocking rate, Drop calls, Traffic utilization, RF failure rate etc.
Parameter Tuning for KPI improvements (Nghbr/Freq/Power etc.).
Audit & Mitigation plan including new feature introduction to maintain/improve the KPIs.
Frequency Spot tuning. Allocation of BCCH & TCH frequencies, BSIC, HSN and MAIO allocation.
Radio Capacity Analysis
Detailed cluster DT analysis (scanner, short calls, long calls) with emphasis on L3 analysis.
Generation of Raw data & Reporting of Daily/Weekly/Monthly performance reports, based on requirements. Development of Performance reports & presentations.
Responsible for attending customer complaints.
Support RNC/BSC re-homing activities. Pre/Post KPI analysis & improvement plans.
Proactive / corrective actions to reach agreed service quality targets.
Responsible for Performance Management with key objectives of network performance reporting and analysis.
Co-ordination with other teams (IP, Tx, GNOC) to resolve critical issues the Network KPIs.
Setting of Formula/definitions and extract the desired KPI indicator, as per the new system upgrades or adhoc needs.
Involve in Process development as per Managed Services requirements.
Ensuring that exclusions defined in the Managed Services contract are understood and implemented into the reporting.

Have an experience of 4 years daily interaction with Ericsson network system and software which helped to gain good base on BO, OSS, CNA, FOX, FAS, TEMS, MAP INFO, and many other Ericsson Radio Tools. The job Responsibilities was:
• Performing routine drive test.
• Frequency planning tuning.
• Monitoring of quality of service indicators
• Logical parameters tuning
• Neighbor planning correction.
• Conduct optimization actions to maintain sites KPIs within agreed upon thresholds.
• Work within defined systems and processes and identify opportunities to improve these systems as appropriate.
- Responsible for area KPIs and enhance all Network Quality Indicators within Ericsson regions.
- Supervise team activities to monitor problems and trigger corrective actions.
- Validate planning tuning frequency.
- Maintain QOS KPI and work with the team for enhancement opportunities.
- Coordinate with other departments for smoothing work flow.
- Plan routine drive test for competition benchmarking.
- Follow up Customer Complains in my assigned area.
- Develop and Maintain team skills, & technical needs.
- Provide technical guidance and management assistance for the team members.
Responsible for operation and system administration, network setup, and server configuration.
Tasks Responsibility:
- Radio Automation System Program installation, operated through a network of computers, and a standard song classification set on a streaming server to a broadcasting studio.
- Shared Network Storage System Configured to allow different users to access a shared data.
- Installation of FM transmission Antennas for Radio branches Karima, Dongula, Addaba Cities.
- Development of Radio Web Site, redesigning with audio streaming added for Internet Listeners.
- Participation in building and constructing FM Studios.
