#Responsibilities
Handling Project related All QA/QC works
Managing day to day operation of QA/QC activities to ensure the work is maintained at the
project site as per the QAQC requirements, Day to day activities is in compliance with the PQP, standard & specification requirements. Leading a team of Inspectors and Engineers for all QA / QC functions in the workplace; liaising with clients and consultants for QA/QC matters.
Identifying QA/QC requirements, contract requirements for the projects; Reviewing & Preparing of material submittals, Method statements, Inspection and Testing Plan (ITP) etc. and follow up for the same for approval.
Reviewing Drawings, Work notification / Site Clarifications, IRs, RFIs, EIs, Test reports, MIRs and corrective action for NCRs/SORs.
Monthly KPI Dashboard, QA/QC reports & Project closeout/handing over documents for the client.
Follow up for NCR/SOR from consultant or client to respective engineers or subcontractors, replying to consultant for closeout / submitting action plans etc.
Attending regular quality meeting, site visit with consultant and client, if any observations found, closing it timely.
Perform regular site visit to verify the subcontractor /Trojan works are as per the method Statement and requirements, If not, issuing Site Instructions/ NCR/SOR for the same and followups
Conducting Quality Meetings with Subcontractors, Consultants & Client.
Conducting Internal Audits for subcontractors and different Trojan Projects.
Attending client audits and replying to audit observations timely.
Managing Snagging and de-snagging for Final Handover
Providing leadership, and direction of all QA/QC personnel
Coordinating with Infrastructure and MEP Works.
Coordinating with Procurement and other departments for finalizing the subcontract
packages/agreements.
