Coordinate & negotiate prices with Handling Agents/Suppliers
Prepare cost estimates. Forecast all financial aspects of the flights for clients.
Maintain close communications with clients to ensure procurement of flights.
Coordinate with agents with client enquiries and provide detailed report back to clients.
Responsible for regular system updates including price updates and the maintenance of commercial records.
Liaise with the Operations Department concerning details of the confirmed flights.
Liaise with the Accounting Department concerning payment & terms.
Provide accurate information to the marketing department concerning the flight details of clients.
Communicate with clients on the status of flights
Prepare weekly analysis reports for Management review.
Work closely with Commercial Team for any improvements and corrective measures, as necessary.
Carry out any given tasks as maybe assigned.
Ensures that ground handling facilities are provided for every flight.
Monitoring loading and unloading of all cargo and passenger baggages.
Mobilize internal and external resources i.e., Ground Handling Agents, Customs and Immigration and CA to facilitate operational requirements minimizing possible negative implications on client requirements.
Work with handling agents to ensure the safe keeping, correct labeling and marking and timely dispatch of passenger baggage.
Connecting of interline and transfer baggage’s.
Adhering to all ramp safety procedures.
Supervising check- in counters and boarding gates.
Post flight statistics.
Produce various reports about the ground operations services and providing recommendation for service enhancement.
Meet and assist clients/crew and assist them in all their needs.
Process Customers complains by investigating and ensuring follow-up action.
All major Check-in counter duties such as the calculation and collection of excess baggage charge, checking for appropriate true documents like passport, visa & health requirements, seat selection & issue boarding passes.
Responsibility of boarding at the boarding gate.
Liaison with dispatch & ramp agents.
Ensuring on-time departure of all aircrafts.
Meeting the arrival of flights & transit counts.
Handle irate passengers over sells and those affected by irregular operations
Special handling like UM, WCHR, VIP, CIP, STCR & Deportee
Handling various passengers handling functions as
Ticketing, Check- in, Boarding, BMA
Assistance of passengers through all channels (Check -in, Emigration and customs)
Handling of missing baggage passengers.
Post flight statistics.
