Worked in Call centre as Client Services Agent.
Responsible for check-ins, check-outs, reservations, handling cash/credit payments, telephone calls and night auditing.
Worked as a night auditor, also handling front desk, telephones and cash.
Started as Restaurant Manager; worked in four of the group's properties, including as Assistant Manager of an island resort.
M.A. in Tourism Management.
3 Year Diploma in Hotel Management, from National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology.
