• Assist with development and maintain of procedures, plans, formats for Professional & Leadership development.

• Identify, report & improve the spine position development and succession
• Ensure all training guidelines compliance and end-to-end development programs audit support.

• Controls, develops, implements, coordinates and communicates the training and development programs as per the approved guidelines in the assigned functions

oCreating the training schedules and events in the system and deploy it.
oCreate and update user permissions, provides appropriate levels of system access, monitors and resolves user requests for password resets.
oMonitors LMS to ensure its smooth daily operation. Maintains dashboard of relevant statistics for internal use; provides figures as needed.
oHandle the complaints from the area regarding on the system related issues and find out the solution immediately
oSupport business partners in the system related issues
oCreate different types of reports based up on request from different management / management needs and publish it / provide it to the concerned parties
oMake necessary data entry and maintain the system
oCreated a reporting system and maintain it to cover the reporting issues facing with LMS
oUpdate and maintain the system on a daily wise and share it with the colleagues within the department.
oAssists in the testing of online learning efforts
oResponsible for documentation and communication of LMS changes as a result of LMS functionality enhancements in coordination with Talent Development Department. Helps plan and execute communications around upgrades, changes, etc.
oHelp create, manage and enforce LMS system standards, policies, and procedures
oMaintains data integrity rules and processes for the LMS such as course codes, descriptions, etc. Maintains overall course catalogue and can speak to, at any time, the content that is deployed and the security around it.
oCoordinate and sustain the quality assurance process to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all information and data residing in the LMS.
oResponsible for in-depth, accurate, and detailed report design, data validation, and ensures access of reports.
oMaintain and manage routine reports, providing qualitative and quantitative analysis on ad-hoc basis.
oProvide recommendations for systemic process improvements.
oEvaluate, recommend and new methods or requirements.
oEstablish and maintain strong business relationship to accomplish a variety of objectives, including escalation of critical issues and troubleshooting of critical learning platform functionality.
