AECOM the Construction Management Agency (CMA), is a joint venture with the Hill International provides management support for construction of the 750, 000m2 terminal building, as well as the required associated airside and landside infrastructure, a multi-storey car park, cargo building, catering building, maintenance complex and other supporting facilities at Abu Dhabi International Airport.
Reviewed contractors baseline programme and established the project performance measurement baseline, scope, resources required to finish the project, cost and schedule.

Bechtel the Program Management Consultant (PMC), support the ADPC in the development of the KPIZ with primary responsibility for the management and coordination of the master planning, design and construction of the port and associated infrastructure.
