Abu Dhabi Airport-Midfield Terminal Complex (MTC) \[USD 5bn\]

AECOM the Construction Management Agency (CMA), is a joint venture with the Hill International provides management support for construction of the 750, 000m2 terminal building, as well as the required associated airside and landside infrastructure, a multi-storey car park, cargo building, catering building, maintenance complex and other supporting facilities at Abu Dhabi International Airport.


 Reviewed contractors baseline programme and established the project performance measurement baseline, scope, resources required to finish the project, cost and schedule.
 Demonstrated variance between the planned and actual performance and coordinated with the various package contractors to establish the mitigation measures, streamlined the schedules by reviewing and analysing the package contractors monthly, weekly reports.
 Accomplished the employer‘s goals and objectives and included all project and programme milestones and facilitated the project management team with a consistent tool for planning, executing and tracking technical, schedule, cost and risk activity by developing the Integrated Master Schedule.
 Eliminated or reduced the programme risks to an acceptable level, by developing mitigation strategies based on the critical path analysis and risk assessment.
 Established the performance against plans and identify opportunities and assisted the project management team in making fact-based decisions in real-time by developing the executive-level reports and dashboard presentations.
