-Review of tender documents including Scope of work, tender drawings, specifications and ITT documents.
-Prepare Project Brief for management review and Identify potential risk and notify to the senior management. Coordinate with Client, Consultants and Subcontractors/Suppliers for possible queries and clarification for tender Bidding.
-Studies BOQ, drawings, specifications and prepare Package list for specialized items and materials for the proposed Project for Bidding.
Based on established construction plan, ensure timely progress to achieve the milestones.
-Review of engineering design prepared overseas and ensure the same can be implemented based on-site conditions. Support the design team with by providing necessary inputs from local construction standards.
-Quantity surveying and preparation of BOQs for procurement, supervision of procurement and delivery.-
Cost Management for on-going projects and preparation of budgets for upcoming projects.
-Conducting and coordinating work progress meetings to communicate hindrances, snags, non-conformities etc.
- Assure right manpower and management of manpower.
- Preparation of Gantt Charts, scheduling works at site on PMP.
- Review and follow up on preparation of Engineering
documents and obtaining approval. (Material Submittals,
Method statement and ITP, O&M Manual, Training Manuals)
- Assisting the CAD engineer to develop engineering drawings
and review for corrections.

Develop an Arduino controller and Design a Front Suspension for Motorized Wheelchair.
Description: The objective of the project was to develop a cost effective micro controlled Motorized
Wheelchair using Arduino for elderly and physically handicapped people. This enabled a disabled person to
move around independently using the joystick interfaced with motor through Arduino UNO. Depending on
the movement of the joystick by the person the wheelchair moves accordingly in that direction.
The designing of front suspension for motorized wheelchair is subject to whole body vibrations (WBV) on a
regular basis as they traverse obstacles and uneven surfaces. The front suspension system is used to observe
the vibrations from shock loads due to irregularities of the road surface.
