• Job scope review, work pack preparation, method statements and work procedure preparation, organizing for permit to work, material requisition& coordination, manpower &Equipment’s scheduling, coordination with client for all aspects of job execution.
• Identification & preparation of job hazard analysis & risk assessment of all task included in the scope of work.
• Estimating requirements of materials &equipment’s from the drawings /project scope and analyzing the quality requirements
• Review of Project specification and P&ID s.
• Handling all technical queries and investigating all field work related problems, including the drawing of field sketches when necessary.
• Coordinating with Engineering and Construction and liaise with the Client on detail engineering requirements.
• Responsible for Piping erection operations and pipe support installation in accordance with schedule, Procedures, Specifications, Priorities and Availability of Construction Drawings
Ensure the Productivity and Quality is maintained by subordinates. Coordinate with other Disciplines in site.
• Monitoring the daily work activities of Sub Contractor and updating Sub Contractor Progress Reports
• Carrying out final P&ID check of installed piping systems in the module.
• Preparation of field piping system test packages, including system limit on P&ID and piping Isometrics
• Construction of 12”cs helium flow line From Qatar Gas plant to Ras Gas Plant(3.8 Km)
• Construction of CS/ SS process plant piping (from 2” to 24”) inside process trains.
• Erection of pipe rack and structure in process plant.
• Installation and erection of cold box, vessel and other equipment’s in process plant.
• Hydro testing & pneumatic testing of piping systems inside process plants
• Tie-in of various piping spools to equipment’s and commissioning activities
• Hot tapping & cold tapping of various pipelines inside LNG process areas.
• Construction of (class-1 & 2) (from 6” to 28” ) cross country oil & gas flow lines
• Construction of DSS off plot gas flow lines (8” to 16”)
• Construction of various on plot Hook up for Oil & Gas wells( CS & DSS)
• Oil gathering station projects
• Internal FBE coated cross country pipe line constructions.
• GRE Pipe Lines construction for water disposal systems.
QA/QC Inspector for Incoming Fabrication Materials /consumables and maintaining Inventory datails.
