• Ensure all technical reviews and design engineering compliance with applicable codes, standards, regulations, and ordinances.
• Completes a variety of assignments such as drawings, specifications, and other materials suitable for construction purposes.
• Prepares and issues specifications, data sheets, and other construction documents.
• Reviews supplier drawing submittals and performs technical evaluation.
• Review control philosophy and testing/commissioning requirements.
• Supervising the Site Inspectors and reviewing the inspectors RFI after inspecting in compliance with the specifications and IFC drawings.
• Supervise testing and commissioning works of mechanical equipment.
• Checking of the progress of mechanical works submitted by the Contractor every month for IPC Bill purposes.
• Preparation of weekly progress report
• Preparation of progress reports for client and photographs of ongoing activities on site.
• Drafting of letters to address the issues to contractor and client.
• Answering of technical queries and solving technical problems
• Preparation of snag list with all the parties at the time of final handing over.
• Follow up with the contractor for outstanding and pending issues with contractor
