equipment.
• Worked on PHE, THE, Agitators, Pneumatic Equipments & Hydraulic equipments.
• Worked on different types of centrifugal and reciprocating pumps. (GEA, Fristam &
Alfa Laval)
• Worked on different types of valves like GEA Mixed Proof Product valves and
Control Valves, Samson, Alfa-Laval and Burkert Valves.
• Performs Overhauling of Pump Gearboxes such as FRISTAM, Waukesha and Alfa
Laval Agitator Gearbox.
• Perform major overhauling activity of GEA homogenizer 1500Hrs, 3000Hrs &
6000Hrs.
• Perform major overhauling activity on GEA Separators 3000Hrs & 6000Hrs.
• Performs alignment of Homogenizer Drive Motor pulley to Eccentric Pulley for belt
installation using laser technology (OPTIBELT TOOLS).

Im responsible line monitoring, PM, break-down, corrective action different equipments according to Safety and quality standards.

 On Hand Mechanical maintenance of all Process Equipment Centrifugal Pumps, Pasteurizers, Homogenizers, PHE, Separators, powder mixers and all valves .
 Responsible for plant and equipment hygiene as per Quality standards.
 Responsible for Updating all maintenance Data records in system on Regular bases .
 Responsible for Shift base checking of all mechanical parameters of Process Equipment such as Pasteurizers, UHT’s and Separators.
 Performed Preventive and Corrective maintenance of all Equipment as per Maintenance Schedule.
 Responsible for execution of Shutdown monthly Maintenance as per provided plan .
 Reporting to senior management of any abnormal behavior of machines and assisting them with decision of timely maintenance of critical Equipment.

• On Hand Mechanical maintenance of Rotary & static equipment, Centrifugal Pumps,
Pasteurizers, Homogenizers, PHE, Separators, Reciprocating pumps and all valves
like gate valve, butterfly, NRV etc.
• Responsible for plant and equipment hygiene as per Quality standards.
• Responsible for Updating all maintenance Data records in system on Regular bases.
• Responsible for Shift base checking of all mechanical parameters of Process
Equipment such as Pasteurizers, UHTs and Separators through PLC
• Performed Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) of all Equipment as per
Maintenance Schedule.
• Responsible for execution of Shutdown monthly Maintenance as per provided plan.
• Reporting to senior management of any abnormal behavior of machines and
assisting them with decision of timely maintenance of critical Equipment.
• Responsible to perform Hot work, Cold work, confined space.
• Installation of Boiler and RO Plant Working on Pipelines.
• Assist to execute Energy recovery projects.

 Responsible for plant and equipment hygiene as per Quality Standards.
 Responsible for Maintenance and data entry of toffee wrapping, box wrapping machines plant pump, valves and mixers
 Responsible for Shift activities and parameter check of all equipment

• Hands on experience of Mechanical maintenance of all Process Equipment of
confectionery plant.
• Responsible for plant and equipment hygiene as per Quality Standards.
• Responsible for Maintenance and data entry of toffee wrapping, box wrapping
machines plant pump, valves and mixers
• Responsible for Shift activities and parameter check of all equipment
• Capable to operate different tools like vibration meter, Tachometer, Stethoscope.

 On Hand maintenance of Confectionary plant equipment as per plan.
