Duties and Responsibilities:
• Acquire knowledge in Facility management operation, operation of HVAC, BMS System, Plumbing, Electrical System.
• Operation and maintenance of Heat Exchanger, AHU, FAHU, HRW, FCU, Split, Ductable AC, VFD, VAV, Inverter AC & DX Units.
• All day to day activities like healthiness of AHU, Chiller, breaker, SMDB, MDB.
• Trouble shooting and repair the actuator, thermostat, all type temperature sensor and breaker.
• Operation and maintenance all types domestic stage cooling systems.
• Carried out the PPM for AHU, FAHU, HRW, FCU, Split, Ductable AC, VFD, VAV, Inverter AC & DX Units.
• Replacement of defective lamps, checking the circuits, etc, .
• Helping and coordinate with Engineer plumber to Repair and replacement of WC flush set, spray kit and installation domestic level pipe line work.
• Monthly observe the team performance and update to our management.
