* Successfully completed the transition of NOC from United Kingdom to India
* 24*7 Alarm Monitoring, Escalation & Rectification of BSS, RNC (NODE B) & LTE (ENODE B &
IPSEC) alarms with ownership as per process and maintaining MTTR as per organizational
target.
* Proper Trouble Ticket assignment for every Fault, Correct Ticket Creation and timely
Escalations, Follow-Ups, Update till Trouble Ticket Closure.
* Handling Critical Outages with minimum customer impact & Analysis of P1 (Emergency)
and P2 (Critical) and special incident cases.
* Worked in different teams like Fault Management and SLA & Mitigation Management and
Alarm monitoring in 24/7/365 environment under ITIL Framework
* Performing real time monitoring of the network and logging all Incidents with proper
information and try to Track small issues that are indirectly hampering the network
services and escalate them to SMEs for the proper and permanent fix of the problems
* Working on end to end resolution of incidents hampering the network availability.

*Support Configuration Management Team (CM) for new rollout & upgrades.

* Resolving Network performance related issues.

* TT’s raised for all priorities within the given SLA.
* Make follow-up with concern teams to resolve the issue, close TT’s with exact RCA and
within SLA.
* Handling mails from FLM & EM teams.
* Giving escalations to customers during critical and emergency outages.
* Working on running TT analysis to reduce TT count.
* Maintaining trackers for outages & RFC’s on daily basis.

* Providing the level 1 Technical Support to remote NOKIA Switches on DX200
platform.
* Identification of alarms and alarm handling in BSS.
* Traffic measurement and Analysis.
* Escalation of faults and maintaining the records of the same.
* Analysis & troubleshooting of BTS through MML commands.
* Preparing of 24Hrs cell outage reports and active alarms reports.
* Implementation of the changes in the network as per requirement through TLUI.
* Real time monitoring of BTS alarms, Fault analysis and Trouble shooting.
* Knowledge about Radio Network or BSS Faults: Faults in BSC signaling, BTS,
Transcoder Nodes.
