• Responsible for supervision of filing the Section (E-docs scanning, paper-based staff files etc.)
• Maintain and complete, updated and orderly filing systems all times in order to ensure that the files are easily
available whenever required
• Follow up all filing room projects through concept through development, testing, piloting and rollout phased
• Arrange and maintain the resigned files yearly wise with the reference number
• Read, understand documents, accurately classify and scan documents into specific folders in E-docs system
pertaining to employee for quick and easy retrieval

• Drafting, proofing, and editing internal and external correspondence
• Provide management information reports
• Responsible for management of documents received for signatures/approval
•Composed internal memos and external correspondence for senior management and reviewed all documentation to eliminate errors.
•Developed and updated spreadsheets and databases to track, analyze and report on performance and sales data.
•Prepared travel expense and other reports to submit for manager's approval.
