In terms of achievements, I focused heavily on operational efficiency and driving revenue. By restructuring our floor communication and seating frameworks, I successfully increased our peak-hour table turnover rate by 15%. Additionally, I created a targeted suggestive-selling guideline for our service staff, which directly uplifted our average check size across my shifts. Finally, I maintained a 100% perfect sanitation compliance record during all unannounced municipal inspections.
