My main duties are:
Handling multiple projects. Attending Tenders, Supervise event team members, Submitting Technical & Commercial Proposals, Monitor budgets. Preparing legal documentation. Working closely with government officers on ongoing projects. Monitor all stages of the projects from initial stage, execution until post event reports. Developing long lasting relations with a new and exisitng clients.
My responsibility were:
Carrying out market research, predict future trends, monitor competitors. Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns online and offline. Analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports. Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding meetings with clients and working with colleagues across multiple departments, managing budgets, organizing events such as product launches, exhibitions and photo shoots.
I was in charge of:
Developing a pricing strategy, Identifying new customers.
Supporting sales and lead generation efforts. Creating promotions. Understanding and developing budgets, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, monitor ROI and profit-loss projections. Building brand awareness and positioning. In this news and media company, my main activities were often related to execution of high value events including: conferences, gala dinners, government events, opening ceremonies, new project launches and unique brand activations.
Day to day tasks were:

My main activities were often related to coordination and execution of road shows, promotions & sampling events, exhibition stands & kiosks. Hiring, training part timers. Distribution and logistic of event and promo materials. Dealing with external suppliers such as: photographers, video graphers, printing companies, part timers.
