As a officer in the Common Foreign and Security Policy / Commn Security and Defense Policy unit at the Italian ministry of Foreign Affairs, I supervise the overall participation of Italy to the PSDC initiatives, including PSDC civil missions and EUSR offices in crisis areas.
Main activities are:
- liaise with national Administrations and with the General Secretariat of the EU Council, in order to coordinate acitviities;
- give assistance and advice in seconding national experts in international civilian missions abroad;
- planning of yearly civilian experts contribution to the European missions abroad;
- definition and submission of annual budget for Parlament's approval;
- monitoring of EU crisis management missions;
- definition of training needs and programs.
As strategic marketing officer, I developed marketing initiatives for the profitable development of the company, such as internal contest, product campaigns and communication strategies.
Precisely, I was responsible for:
- developing marketing initiatives in order to enhance profitability for the company;
- liaise with insurance agents and officers for the implementation of such strategies;
- coordination and supervision of IT team for the designing and management of Intranet websites and software applications;
- defining and providing training programs for insurance agents.
Responsible for the implementation of the first national programme for continuing education for chartered accountants.
The activities included:
- management of recognition at national level of education providers for accountants;
- implementation of the national regulations of continuing education;
- research and study in company law.
I edited information products for Italian primary companies and Government institutions, such as Finmeccanica, TIM, Fincantieri, Vitrociset, Ferrovie dello Stato, Alitalia, Ministry of EC Policies, etc.
