Identify any deficiencies in a timely manner, depending on the severity and importance of the deficiency, notify the Employer regarding the type of deficiency and the remedies that are to be implemented.
Ensure compliance by Contractors with approved Contractor environmental, health, safety and sustainability plans and enforce that records of all lost time, injuries and incidents that occur are maintained.
Perform Construction Site management and supervision of the Construction Contractor.
Perform or cause to be performed inspection and acceptance tests of completed works to verify conformance with specifications and document results as required by the QMP.
Review of final as-built drawings to ascertain final drawing schedules are up to date as of final completion.
