- Responsible for updating and encoding of issued documents from client.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of transmittal status at all times and provides
easy identification and quick access to the documents.
- Assist construction personnel and other departments with their queries
regarding documentation.
- Verify accuracy of data and ensure all received documents are updated in an
appropriate computer program provided by the company.
- Uploading and downloading electronic file to the company’s software PMIS
(Project Management Information System )
- Downloading electronic file to the client server (File Transfer Protocol &
Project Wise Mitsubishi Server)
- Responsible for updating and encoding of issued documents from client.

- Reviews receiving document, verify accuracy of data and ensure all received
documents are updated in an appropriate computer program provided by the

- Transmitting/Filing of Quality documents related to QA/QC Department.
- Transmitting/Filing of Quality documents related to QA/QC Dept.
- Prepares Weekly QC Reports, Radiography Analysis & other Non
Destructive Equipment Reports.
- Ensures accurate maintenance of transmittal status at all times and
provides easy identification and quick access to the documents.
- Encoding of Isometric Drawing through in Field Material Control System
(FMCS).
- Encoding of NDE reports Radiography Analysis through Field Material
Control System (FMCS).
- Reviews receiving document, verify accuracy of data and ensure all received
documents are updated in an appropriate computer program provided by
the company.
- Responsible for updating and encoding of issued documents from client
- Assist construction personnel and other departments with their queries
regarding documentation.
- Evaluates compatibility of new products with different operating systems.
- Troubleshooting of Mass Storage peripherals such as Hard disks, Tape
Drives, Removable Hard Disk Drives.
- Client Call Demonstration and Troubleshooting.
- Handle repairs of computer mass storage products and controllers.
- In-house isolation of problems encountered by clients.
- On-line help and technical assistance through phone.
- Evaluates different Computer Peripherals that might have a big potential in the
Computer Industry of the Philippines.
