as compress moulding machine operator and make sure that with complete proper Safety devices during the operation.
To follow the (S.O.P.) Standard Operating Procedure, as Quality requirements w/ minimum and maximum tolerance.
To check the wall thickness of caps and color to avoid variation.
Informed Supervisor/Quality Control in any product defect in line.
To adjust the parameter settings, to mount and dismount the mould as production supervisor instruction.
To do inventory of all stocks either finished product or raw materials in the warehouse.
To receive all raw materials and arrange it in a FIFO system (First in first out).
