Role Details
Directed a team of installation engineers of British Telecom and created new revenues from widening product line of Telecom systems.

Daily Role
* Delegation work on a daily basis to members of my fibre team
* Building & maintaining good relationships with both customers & engineers, this allows me to understand their needs and offer them support when needed.
* Responsible for the daily co-ordination of Fibre Contractors across London South.
* Collating, identifying skills required and distributing work efficiently to meet customer needs.
Keeping the engineers fully mobilized & working together to resolve any problems they may encounter.
* Dealing with customer complaints, allocating appropriately skilled engineers.


Telecom fibre Engineer Installing new fibre optic cables into the British Telecom underground fibre network.
• Installing telephone lines and broadband connections. Fault finding within the BT Telephone Network.
• Working underground or climbing telephone poles.
• Meeting deadlines and planning work according to priority
• Training new recruits to BT
