Key Responsibilities:
Employee on boarding
* Handling on boarding of all the new joinee’s including VP and Director
* Giving the new joinees a detailed (induction) overview of the group.
* Trained team-member management team on boarding techniques and best practices, conducting
workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions that contributed to decisions.

* Handling the Database for 21000 + employees.
* Make sure that all the employee date updates correctly on system
* Making monthly MIS of on boarding all over location for senior management
* Responsible for the DMS (Document management system) of PAN India.
* Responsible for one point contact -New Joinees Employee code & ID Card & Email Id process
Exit Formalities - (PAN INDIA):
Employee Exit Process
Guiding employees through exit formalities.
Conducting Exit Interview
Managing Exit procedure for employees across Pan India.
Full and Final Settlement
* Notice Period Calculation for exiting employees.
* Insurance benefit to employees as well as reimbursement of money if company is liable on employee if any.
* Recovery of LWP (leave without pay) from employees during the time of exit, if not recovered from their
monthly salary.
* Adjustment of Outstanding dues of the employee in their final settlement.
* Preparing Full and Final settlement reports twice in month and sending the report to payroll team for further
course of action.
Location Transfers
* Completing location transfer formalities
a) Transfer from one division to another (within India).
b) Transfer from one entity to other (global location transfer).
Managing Special Cases
* Completing Exit clearances and formalities of Special Case employees such as terminated, absconders and
verification failure employees.
* Recovering of dues from them
* Compilation of company assets from such employees
* Closure of their records from company system
* Processing their full and final settlement.
Additional activities
* Replying of background verification of exiting employees to other companies
* Salary Inputs to payroll team
* Preparation and Handling of Internal as well as external audits
* Preparing various reports based on management requirement
* System automation and enhancement
* Responding to employees queries
* Generation of letters
* Recovering outstanding dues from the exited employees
* Involvement in policy changes and standards
Compensation Management
* Handling salary Bonus and increment related queries
* Updation of salary in Employee database
* Responsibility of payroll in coordination for new Joiners salary process.

Strategic HR:
* Part of the team for improvement HRIS & DMS in the organization
* Actively participated & supported in HR Risk Management exercise.
Employee Welfare & Employee Relations:
* Adept at people management, maintaining healthy employee relations, prompt & timely resolution of
employee grievances thus creating an amicable & transparent environment.
* Supported in driving & implementing Reward & Recognition programs to enhance employee motivation and
retention
Performance Management System:
* Carrying out the appraisal process every year
