1. Is responsible for strategic direction and all aspect of Finance and Accounting functions of the Organisation.
2. Leading the annual financial budgets and ensuring programme success through cost analysis support and compliance to all programme requirements.

7. Ensuring FCRA compliances as per the rules laid and filing of quarterly inward remittances and yearly financial with Home Ministry. Monitoring of FCRA accounts in a diligent manner.
8. Ensuring timely coordination with Fund Raising teams.
9. Coordinating with Internal Auditors, Statutory Auditors and outside agency on timely basis and preparing financial reports as per their requirement.
