ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Project Oversight, Planning, Mobilizing, Quality implementation, Delivery, P&L
• Project Sponsor for many new projects during start-up, focused on agreeing scope, programme, budget and deliverables and establishing process, reporting, document management systems and deployment and managing client requirements
• Management of Multi-disciplinary BF team, retain/increase head count, hiring and firing, Performance Reviews
• Management of Backlog/Pipeline and associated resourcing
• Strategic Planning & Budget Preparation
• Work Winning
• Direct bidding process for all BF opportunities (GoNoGo, Cost Model Pricing, Resourcing, Scope/Deliverables definition etc.)
• Develop repeat business
• Introduce selected new client business into the BF portfolio
• Prepare and present Louis Berger capabilities to clients
• Ensuring adherence to company procedures and QMS
• Attend regional leadership meetings
• Attend quarterly Executive Meetings
• Report directly to Regional Managing Director

• FY18 BF Head Count increased by 31% vs. FY17
• FY18 BF Actual Sales total @ 155% vs. FY18 Budget
• Retained Repeat Business at circa 70%
• Enhanced service with project start-up function
• Awarded BF projects in 2 new geographies (KSA and Kuwait)

PROJECTS INCLUDE (acting as Corporate Project Sponsor):
Once awarded, the project start-up phase is always a challenge that requires focus and resource. As the Project Sponsor for many of the major BF project wins, my value add approach has been to be part of the project team for the first 1 to 2 months to determine budget, programme, scope, deliverables (30, 60, 90 day) and establish process, reposting, document management and deployment, to best support our project teams and manage client expectations.
