Area of responsibility - full site operations of factory 5 & 6 at Al Kharj, currently both
Sites have eight plants with a further two planned in the next twelve months.
The site produces 2200 tons of bakery products per week & has a multi-national work force. .
Overall the site uses state of the art technology in baking to produce very high quality products

We operate to a tight planning schedule & have multiple depo’s throughout the GCC, which are

I’m responsible for the sites & three plant managers plus a further six production manager & eight
Hundred staff, also other key areas are project work on site & delivering KPI’S, we are operating
Within a large change program & following lean principles to deliver our budget on site.
Also we have opened a full ladies section with two hundred employees & managers, which is one
Of the largest in the region & is delivering excellent results.

Working in the kingdom of saudi arabia in al khajd, covering quality operations within plants 5 & 6, operating to AIB standards & following iso 22000.
Products - arabic bread, standard bread lines, puff pastries & croissant with muiltiple fillings, cake & biscuit.

covering the technical & full manufacturing functions on site, life sampling, auditing, BRC grade A standard, iso 9002, haccp, ccp's, soil association, organic & NPD development.
Running the daily production within a three plant bakery which includes new product development, quality control, Site Health & Safety Leader, staff development trainer & production planning.
Delivery kpi's within the site & setting forecasts/budgets for the department, capital projects, continuous improvement plans & site standards.
Responsible for four front line managers & eight process techs & ninety staff with a production value of 1.5 million products per week.
