• Oversees and analyses the Industrial Costing of manufacturing and Unit Costs related to Personnel, Maintenance, Utilities and Rentals
• Cooperates with Purchasing Corporate and Local Departments regarding the introduction of new raw materials, packaging and PFP, with the objecting of cost reduction and quality improvements
• Oversees and analyses the performances of the Unit, through KPI in order to ensure the needed actions to improve all the areas of the plant
• Supervises, the process of industrialization of new products and technologies and authorizes plant changes/modifications, of the process and of technical/organizational nature for the continuous improvement.
• Supervises, the development of buildings, machineries, and warehouses in cooperation with Corporate Departments. Proposes investments to improve efficiency and/or operations capacity.
• Oversees the planning and production scheduling to ensure timely and correct supply of production lines, the proper management of stocks and the respect of the delivery time and customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for the operational management of the production, maintenance, logistic, quality control, SHEQ.
• Responsible for plant and operations CAPEX
• Responsible for operations budgets and management, by operating through appropriate planning, execution and controlling system.
