* Provide technical training for in house and Customers technical staff in Power Generation equipment and mobile Plant (Mtu, Detroit Diesel & Doosan)
* Train Technicians to diagnose and repair Allison automatic transmissions

- Managed four Instructors on contract to the Ford Care Institute.
- Delivered training modules to Dealer Technicians in house and on territory in the UK.
- Designed and developed new course material.
- Acted as liaison between Ford and Meridian Training Services.
- Trained Dealer Technicians on the Company product range, 60% in UK and 40% overseas.
- Developed and presented new product trainer packs for Dealers staff.
- Designed and presented Train the Trainer seminars to the Land Rover Dealer network.
- Established the National Vocational Qualification scheme for vehicle technicians.
- Achieved approval for Land Rover as an accredited NVQ qualification centre
- Contract work in UK and overseas (South East England, Sudan, Libya and Iraq) as Field Service Engineer maintaining plant and agricultural equipment for various Dealers.
- On-the-Job Training role overseas for local mechanics to maintain their own equipment.
Indentured Motor Vehicle Apprentice. From 1977 to 1979 I returned to college full time to study Agricultural Engineering to Higher National Certificate level
