Responsible for the day to day running of a consulting practice which included management of a team of eight direct report staff members, sales & purchase ledger, bid management, workflow / operations management, quality management systems development and review and health & safety compliance. I recruited and managed a team of eight direct employed senior engineers and consultants, most of whom were degree educated. I fulfilled a role as lead consultant on major security technology engineering projects, which encompassed sub-contract resourcing and recruitment where necessary.
