Project manage all areas of an event, from conceptualisation, to meeting with suppliers, set-up and breakdown.
Prepare management reports as and when required.
Determine new markets and develop strategies for market penetration.
Set sales targets in conjunction with Commercial Manager.
Determine marketing collateral requirements.
Determine & execute advertising strategy.
Determine & execute direct marketing strategy.
Develop & manage marketing plans & strategies in conjunction to Commercial Manager.
Initiate and maintain relations with tertiary institutes, corporate etc.
Prepare management reports as and when required.
Determine new markets and develop strategies for market penetration
Follow up leads and prospects by phone.
Liaise closely with Commercial Manager.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with destination products, e.g. Convention and Events Bureau
Prepare, implement, manage and control agreed budgets.
Attend & prepare reports for weekly management meetings.
Develop reports relevant to the execution, monitoring and measuring of the marketing strategy.
Develop a CRM strategy to initiate and maintain client satisfaction.
Develop a client retention strategy.
Gather client feedback and monitor client satisfaction.
Client events & sponsorships.
Research on potential national and international conference to secure leads.
