 Reporting directly to the Higher Management of Operations and Marketing.

 Maintain a reliable contractors / suppliers data base to identify sources and make sound contractors / suppliers selection decisions.
 Update internal customers on new goods and services introduced in the market to meet their requirements with the best possible purchase.
 Carries out independent procurement activities (source, selection, tender preparation, technical and commercial evaluation of bids, purchase order / contract placement etc.) and ensures cost effective and timely delivery of products / services to the correct specification, meeting plants quality, technical and environmental requirement.

 To check and verify Final Disbursement Accounts and settle the same within 1 week of receipt.
 To prepare Debit notes of Owners expenses and send it to the Technical Manager of the concerned vessels.
 To prepare Misc Debit Notes as required.
