As an Oracle Cloud Delivery Director have played a pivotal role in the growth and success of the Global Capability Centre, ensuring its competitiveness in the market and its ability to deliver high-quality services to clients globally.
Core Delivery Responsibilities:
1.
Strategic Management: Oversee the key pillars of the Strategic Triangle - Customer Success, Strong Organization, and Empowered People, ensuring balanced focus across these areas for optimal organizational performance.
2.
Program and Project Oversight: Lead multiple programs and projects towards successful outcomes, proactively identifying and addressing anomalies early on, and developing alternative strategies as needed.
3.
Team Coaching: Guide teams in proactive client engagement and leadership development, with an emphasis on growth and customer satisfaction.
4.
Performance Reviews: Regularly review GCC OCIT capacity planning on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to ensure effective resource allocation and optimal utilization.
5.
Performance Analysis: Assess actual performance against forecasts, pinpoint discrepancies, and enact necessary corrective measures to align with goals.
6.
Collaborative Strategy Development: Collaborate with Project Managers, Portfolio Directors, Delivery Managers, and Practice Heads to formulate and synchronize strategies for assigned accounts.
7.
Technical and Functional Team Management: Manage a team skilled in Data Migration, ERP Cloud Implementation, and customizations, focusing on comprehensive operational models, resource management, governance, and ongoing improvement.
8.
Pre-Sales Involvement: Actively participate in early-stage RFPs and bids, innovating pricing strategies to optimize GCC resources and involving key GCC stakeholders in the pre-sales process.
9.
Team Building and Management: Develop a high-performance team that aligns with organizational growth objectives and Version 1’s core values, fostering an environment of professionalism, energy, and continuous learning.
10.
Influencing and Communication Skills: Apply strong influencing abilities in challenging discussions with Portfolio Directors, Project Managers, and team leads, striving for solutions beneficial to all parties involved.

Building Fresh Teams: Expertise in creating and training new teams from scratch, rapidly scaling graduate recruits to project-ready professionals, minimizing the time to billability.

Successfully deliver cloud ERP projects, adhering to best practices for enterprise architecture functions such as Security, Performance, Development Process, and Application Governance.
Lead solution and presales activities for Enterprise Application Services, including EBS and Oracle SaaS Applications.
• Identify and proactively manage risk areas, ensuring complete resolution of issues.
• Lead, advise, and mentor diverse teams in technical and functional delivery aspects within the ERP segment, utilizing influence and adaptive communication strategies.
• Partner with C-Level executives to ensure successful project delivery and build trusted partnerships.
• Conduct Operational Excellence Reviews with key stakeholders, including Implementation/Support Services, Audit, Risk, and others as necessary.
• Responsible for managing end-to-end delivery of enterprise projects in the Middle East region.
• Manage projects from initiation through closing, overseeing post-implementation support during the stabilization phase.
• Secure buy-in and engagement from executives and stakeholders, fostering collaboration.
• Provide guidance to customers on the cloud roadmap, advising and assisting them in choosing the right products to meet their business expansion needs.
•Responsible for managing the three main pillars of a practice: people management, portfolio/delivery management and sales enablement. Has profit and loss responsibility or financial/expense management of practice.
•Drive new strategic initiatives and transformation towards Cloud.
•Skilled in building and leading successful teams that design, sell, partner, implement and support enterprise business and technology solutions (hardware, software, outsourcing and/or professional services) to Fortune 500 service, distribution and manufacturing companies. Strong background in Professional Service / Consulting experience at several tier 1, 2 technology vendors - I've seen what works and doesn't work in professional service.
•Taking teams to the next level and working successfully with executive and senior level management. Demonstrated understanding in problem solving, completing projects on time & under budget which meet/exceed client expectations while building strong liaisons to users and management teams.
•Responsible for new business solicitation, RFP response, selling, pricing, project management and delivery activities for a variety of clients with wide scope of need.
•Designing new project management methodology that incorporates the essence of Project Management Institute (PMI-PMP), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL-V3), Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (LSSGB), Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
•Building and Designing new ideas to integrate on-premises/Cloud application with Mobility (IOS and Android, Windows) and to create a new platform with unique application usage.
•Looking ahead to diversify company’s road map to grow and sustain in ever changing cloud built enterprise applications.
•Managing multiple in-house projects on Off-shore project management model.
•Working on various proposals and advising as SME for SCM, MFG and Project Management.
•Conducting internal training for new resources in guiding them on critical projects, consulting and helping them learn new features.
•Working with clients to establish lean business process with reduced defect ratio.
