Managing contractors on site.
Review and approve contractor's quality plans, IPP's (Inspection Points Program), Welding Procedure Specification (WPS), Dimensional control reports, NDT reports, Certificates of calibration of every tool and or measuring device.
Ensure the Contractors prepare documentation for field tests(ie.hydrostatic ) and that require review and approval by the Customer.
Ensure implementation of QC/QA Inspection Procedures.
Verify QC/QA Operations, activities, tests & Inspections performed.
Provide overall QC/QA feedback on Project Quality Activities by compiling & presenting reports.
Manage the schedules to perform inspections & tests for statutory and non-statutory requirements
Resolve welding concerns (problem solving) and provide technical advice on site.
Compile welding maps of prefabricated pipings.
Review the mechanical works checklist, as built drawing and related quality documents.
At site inspection, following safety rules and regulations at different hazard area.
Promote continuous improvement.
