Quality Management Representative (Document Controller)

Food Safety Management system Implementation -HACCP
• Implementation of HACCP in catering division in capital area camps (Rusayl Area camp & Ghala Area Camp) which accommodates & feeds 1500 and 2500 employees respectively.
• Conducting internal Audits, MRM, In-house trainings (TBT) etc.
• Ensuring all concerned department managers with in catering division are complied with the food safety policies & procedures
• Ensure that CCP, SOP & SSOP are monitored by the Hygiene officer and conduct inspections
• Conduct supplier audit & follow-up with customer complaints
• Ensure Food is received, stored & transported as per HACCP regulation and coordinate with stores in charge and catering supervisor regarding purchase & delivery
• Inspecting all documents related to food safety activates and maintaining the master manual and having control on forms, revision & issuing.
• Responsible for maintaining legal register & Compliance

Occupational Safety & Health - OSH (ISO 18001:2007 & 14001:2004)
• Designed & Developed OSH camp manual according to Department of Labour welfare -Ministerial Decree- 286/2008, Royal decree article - 88/2002 (Ministry of Health Oman, OHSAS - ISO 18001 & Environmental Management system 14001.
• Maintaining master manual & control of all records, revision, issue etc.
• Conducting Internal audits in camp, Clinic, Pharmacy, management review meeting & inspections as per the schedule in Rusayl Area camp & Ghala Area Camp.
• Directly reporting to MR and handling customer complaints, feedback, supplier audits, evaluation etc.
• Ensure that the OSH policies, Procedures are implemented & objectives are attained.
• Responsible for camp clinic activities, emergency procedures, pest control & waste management system, laundry, fire & safety, security etc.

Quality Management system - QMS Camp Manual (ISO 9001:2008)
• Designed & Developed QMS camp manual according to Muscat Municipality, PDO regulations & Quality management system - ISO 9001:2008
• Responsible for implementation of QMS policies, procedures & objectives in Rusayl Area camp & Ghala Area Camp
• Ensure all the documents are controlled, issued and operate QMS master manual
• Ensure catering division, purchase department, Camp service, security, etc. are operating under the QMS procedure.
Integrated Management system - IMS Manual (ISO 9001:2008 & 18001)
• Implementation of IMS in vocational training center - (Oman Government approved -Training College for Omani students to empower the working skills and give in house employment )
• Conduct internal audits, MRM & maintain the master manual, issue, revise and have control on all training, purchase & OHSAS Documents.
• Ensure the training materials, training tools used are calibrated and approved by ministry of manpower, Oman.
• Ensure OSH Supervisor & Departmental heads are competent as per PDO Oman & Ministry compliance to operate the practical & theory sections.
• Monitor In-house H2S Awareness, food safety, defensive driving, HSE and related PDO course documents which is done in-house for two major projects (Khazzan - British petroleum & Harweel - Petroleum Development Oman )
• Successfully completed external Audits in VTC & Camps and achieved a record of zero Non formatives in my leadership till present.

• Preparation of media required for the micro biological testing
• Testing food samples as per the procedure & preparation of the test reports
• Verifying and sending the reports .
• Meeting the client and fulfilling the requirements as per Dubai Municipality norms.
• Maintenance of all lab related records.
• Documentation and Implementation of ISO 17025:2005, ISO 22000:2005 & ISO 9001:2008 - Quality Management System (QMS).
• Responsible for verifying calibration and maintenance records.
