CARGILL Deutschland GmbH Butterfly Greenfield Project - New Wheat Processing Plant

Expansion of current Corn Starch factory to Wheat Starch & Sweeteners factory, located in Krefeld, Germany. Project involves building new flour mill, gluten drying, wet separation, electrical and control room buildings, surrounding service roads, new pipe racks, liquid storage tanks and jetty. Construction of 14, 000 ton steel structure, 9, 500 m2 of pre-cast concrete and 12, 000 m2 of sandwich cladding system process

Meydan One Mall Project, Dubai, May 2018-Present
Plan, organize, lead and control the project efficiently and effectively. Project is the biggest shopping mall in Dubai and world with a 1.6 million square meter of construction area. Meydan One Mall will unveil the world’s longest Ski Slope, spanning a whole kilometer.

Gate Avenue Shopping Centre Project, DIFC-Dubai, Nov 2016-June 2018

• Coached and led an engineering team for Gate Avenue Shopping Centre project
• Increased performance on shop drawings submission by constantly supporting and encouraging team members and implementing RFI scheme
• Delivered a value engineering proposal saving of AED 15 million overall
• Oversaw complete engineering management procedures including; authorities submission of design drawings, material selection, in-house shop drawing preparation and submission
• Engaged design consultant and managed the design consultant (administering design consultant contract)
• Executed special glass cube structures

ZADCO - Accommodation and Utilities Project AUP

• Joined as Project Manager to manage two major subcontractors located in Turkey and China
• Administered the subcontracts worth an overall 50% of the project value of $125 million
• Conducted regular visits to Turkey and China to manage delivery of offshore accommodation, utility and service buildings
• Effectively managed variations and all commercial aspects of the subcontracts
• Oversaw MEP design coordination
• Coordinated MEP packages, particularly electrical and HVAC systems throughout the architectural package
• Managed full design coordination of the Subcontract package with the design consultant for all accommodation and utility packages

ZOFD - Zubair Oilfield Development

The shell & core structure having post tensioned slabs supported on standalone columns with common basements sit on pile caps with a 50 cm. thick raft on top.
