Calculation and Submission of monthly salary of the employees.
Updating and checking the employee records.
Preparing leave encashment, leave salary and Indemnity of the staff.
Handling nearly salaries of 800 staff.
Manage all the accounting work.
• Ensure financial transactions are performed in compliance with company policies.
• Perform accounting functions such as revenue and asset accounting, payroll.
• Maintain fixed asset schedule by depreciating yearly values.
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Prepare and reconcile Balance Sheets and Income Statement accounts.
• Prepare General Ledger journal entries and reconciliations for period end closing in a timely manner.
• Manage and maintain company bank accounts to include daily and monthly reconciliations.
• Manage Accounts Payable and Receivables.
• Develop and maintain advance knowledge of accounting policies, financial systems, transaction processes, and internal controls.
• Maintain inventory
• Submit cash-flow as needed and P& L, Balance sheet.
• Updating emails for purchase and for other cases.
