• Evaluation of the tender documents such as instructions to tenders, conditions of contract, specifications, bill of quantities and drawings
• Preparing detailed estimate (direct costs and indirect costs) for the project with the CCS tender software and preparing tender submittals
• Liaise with material engineer, methods department, planning engineer and ongoing project management team and supervises the estimators, quantity surveyors and draughtsman designated for the tender
• After tender closing date, follows the tender results and clarifications / modifications arising from the post tender meetings
• Preparing Budgets for the awarded Tenders
• Cost Monitoring of ongoing projects
• Comparison of estimated resources and actual from the execution / site
• Review of cost analysis based on the execution feedback.
