Executing Automation test scripts in OTFA.Preparing Defect Report and assigning the defects to developer.Involved in System and Functional testing.Mapping functional requirements with test cases.Retesting the cases where defect has been raised.

Alexa COPS team drives the entire ingestion and certification process for Alexa skills, which involves the entire life cycle from the time developer submits a skill to the time it is published on the store as well as ensuring high quality experience for Alexa customers even after it has been published.
Responsibilities:
Test the assigned skills for policy certification.
Follow the SOP and mark down the Test case results in the internal tool.
Edit the blurb accordingly for the better communication with the developer.
Test all the privacy policies and terms that meets the Alexa policy certification.
Process the skill before the latency of the skill.
Find the process gaps, discuss and update the decision tree.
Manage the Escalations of the edge case scenarios.
Certify the skill with appropriate ratings based on the responses.
Lemonade is Mobile Network which is newly launched in Canada. This application helps the customer to buy a product services available. Specially Mobility services were introduced to customers.
