Description:
The Project belongs to Spark Client and is based on Siebel application . It is related to order journeys for provisioning and functioning of fiber, postpaid and prepaid mobile cards, phones, accessories, and sim cards . It also includes interfaces to communicate with related components in order to complete order journeys.
The project involved releases for fiber, postpaid, prepaid that included releases with DSDs which helped in understanding/gaining end to end knowledge of functionalities & further smoother execution of test cases.
Responsibilities:
•Responsible to understand the functional aspects and business requirements.
•Developed test scenarios, test cases and execution of test cases in co-ordination with business requirements.
•Expertise in defect logging and defect management and defect life cycle using JIRA.
•Interacting with developers to ensure early resolution of defects.
•Interacting with business analysts to ensure testing with respect to business expectations.
