• Program management consultancy of 265 km rail corridor including Depot from Shah Habsan to
Ruwais Port with the project cost of 22 billion AED.
My Job involved construction supervision of Depot buildings like Wheel lathe bldg, Provisioning, wagon
wash bldg, General maintenance bldg, Admin block, Yellow plant etc.Construction of sleeper factory and
sleeper production supervision, Development of Rail head, welding/rail stack plant.

• Supervision of Rail Depot civil works and sleeper production factory.
• Responsible for coordination for various issues with clients & contractor/subcontractor pertaining to Progress,
Quality and Safety.
• Conducting site inspections with contractor& issuing NCR’s, NNC if necessary.
• Maintaining records for Progress, Quality and Safety.
• Responsible for providing support to the Construction Manager/R.E on all Civil, Structural, Architectural,
Traffic Management Plan and Utility diversion Plan.
• Supervise the daily work activities to ensure that work is completed on time with all quality and
safety requirements met as per procedure. Undertakes tasks, requiring a check on the basic
parameters which are clearly established to see the successful completion of work and attend to any
problems that may need to be attended to.
• Project site coordination on all technical clarification/matters encountered..
• Coordinate with Client, Consultant, Design department on all technical clarification.
• Responsible for reviewing and checking all Civil/Structural Drawings and Specifications.
• Coordination with the planning/scheduling engineer for other related activities.
• Responsible for reviewing and approval of Method statements ITP’s, FCR’s regarding civil works.

Jobs involved the construction supervision of two Over Ground Stations and three viaducts including sub/super str. of
viaduct & structural & architectural works of Station building. Piling diameter was in OGS, 900mm, 1200mm, 2600mm
and length of pile was 30 to 33m.Aproximately the concrete used in Spine beams & Concourse/Platform slab including
piling 2000 cubic meter & steel 250 ton. The steel structure was also major parts of OGS. The total quantity of steel
structure was used in one OGS 900 ton including primary ribs, secondary ribs & longitudinal ribs. The erection of steel
structure was completed within two months with 2 cranes capacity of 200 ton & 4 man lift. The all steel structures
member was Two Hours Fire rated paint. The floor tiles was used reconstituted tiles with four theme, Water, Fire, Air
& Earth. The floor tiles was used as a pattern for beauty and Tack tiles was used to help the blind people. The all
external wall was constructed by Glass Cladding & Aluminum cladding and ceiling was protected by inner lining and
outside by golden panels. All the glass and aluminum cladding was hold by spider bracket and joint was sealed by
aesthetic sealant. Escalator, Elevator are used for vertical approach.
Key Deliverables
• Monitoring the civil & steel structural, architectural as well as the utility works.
• Preparing and reporting to RE/ARE for daily, weekly and monthly report.
• Responsible for coordination for various issues with clients, contractor pertaining to Progress, Quality and Safety.
• Conducting safety inspection for daily and weekly.
• Conducting site inspections with Contractor and sub-contractor.
• Maintaining records for Progress, Quality, Quantity and Safety.
• Liaising with local agencies as well as the client (RTA).
• Monitoring and reporting on contractor baseline as well as the 3 months rolling program.
• Supervising the construction works for the compliance of approved Method Statements, ITP’s, Local Standards,
Codes, Shop Drawings, etc.
• Reviewing of as built drawings.
• Certification of contractor’s invoice.
• Preparing the snag list documents prior to handing over of station works.
• To keep all records and verify contractors extra claim.
• Assisting our Engineering Manager on all technical function in support for Civil and Electro Mechanical works
• Ensuring that all punch-list items are resolved, client handover is satisfactorily concluded and that there is no
prolongation of project.
• Performed the Site weekly meeting and monthly meeting and prepare all the necessary documents required to
be submitted to the Client.
• To ensure that contractor HSE practices are acceptable and that adequate, Measures and procedures are being
implemented by everyone concerned.
• To check the availability and fitness of Construction equipment and to check the personnel mobilization and
demobilization.
• Investigate damage, accident or delay at construction site, to ensure that project proper procedure is being
carried out.
Project under taken
Construction of over ground metro which involved construction of sub/super structure pile, pile cap, pier, pier
cap, segmental launching, portal, Three span. Completed three projects of Delhi Metro rail within a period
