1. Conduct customer training at hospitals and clinics throughout Kuwait.
2.Pre and post-installation support including analyzer validation studies.
3. To participate in product promotion for tradeshows and seminars.
4. Identify and resolve client concerns.
5. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective written and oral communications.
6. Projects management.
7. Troubleshooting applications when there are QC, CAL and mechanical issues.
8. Attend pre-sales meetings to support sales and post-sales support including reagent logistics.
9. Conduct CME programs.
