 Pricing, Operations, Marketing & Sales.
 Providing Airline/Cargo Agencies with accurate information about their shipments status.
 Dedicated Sales performance against assigned target.
 Develop the new clients and retain the existing clients
 To respond to incoming queries and ensures the resolution of service.
 Prepare and attend client meetings. & well aware of the local market
 To have good know-how of the service providers and customers
 To prepare business plan and formulate sales strategies to achieve sales results and develop new business opportunities
 Ensuring to keep half an hour meetings before the shift work starts with Senior Cargo Assistants and Cargo Assistants. This way we keep good relations with my staffs and guide them with accurate information
 Preparing a Compiled Report of every shipment.
 Developing new business contacts, Market Research, responding to customer queries.
 Coordinate with C.H.A. also coordinate with factory people regarding dispatch details.
