Administration:
Work with management and others to develop and implement operating policies and procedures
Receive and file incoming letters, documents
Schedule meetings
Record, monitor expenses, raise monthly invoices
Processes invoices and other miscellaneous payments for the office
Manage on-going financial, operational and staffing activities of the office
Make arrangements for visiting engineers, including travel arrangements, accommodation, work permits, temporary residence etc.
Hiring local logistics staff
Negotiating with various logistics service providers
Organizing bidding for LSP
Organizing training for local logistics staff
Negotiations with suppliers
Monitoring of international trade regulations and Montenegrin Customs Law
Logistics management
Preparations of all import and export documentation
Liaison with customs authority
Selling price calculations and other international trade activities
Providing support to the accounting and financial reporting systems
Preparing financial reports as requested by the Financial manager
Performing other financial duties as may be assigned by the Financial manager
