Maintain a Master Schedule for the client.
Prepare presentations quarterly.
Include all changes to the scope and variation work requested by the Client

Review submitted programs from contractor to give comments and approval.

Make sure contractor respects the integrity and sequence of work as planned.
Graphically prepare presentation of work progress to clients monthly
• Define scopes of work.
• Lead development of baseline schedule and support Project Manager (PM) in Integrated Baseline Review.
• Review and develop look ahead schedule and discus them with design, procurement and construction department
• Prepare cost estimation and schedule bar chart plan considering all in puts (manpower, equipment’s and materials) availability, production and construction sequences.
• Supervise projects ensuring strict adherence to architectural design, and evaluating cost implication of design changes when inevitable for key decisions.
• Develop and implement a data gathering system from the site execution team and sub-contractors within their responsibility for weekly progress follow up and schedule update.
• Providing site team with the required look ahead schedule and progress update in order to meet the project schedule and planned progress milestones.
• Create Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to meet the project deliverables as required by the contract Define the activities that will be performed for each deliverable
Develop detail progress tracking sheets for project deliverables and integrate all sheets to the overall progress summary sheets for the project control measurement system and updates.
Monitor project activities and provide weekly performance update
Preparation of weekly and monthly progress report
Ensure project milestones are achieved successfully within budgeted cost and time.
Participate in progress meeting with client representative.
Prepares progress S-curve, manpower resource histogram, equipment schedule, forecast schedules.
Review the actual progress against baseline schedule and report slippage to Management
Maintaining a daily report on work hours and all HSE issues on site alongside ensuring quality and material control.
Preparation of recovery programs to recover delays along the life cycle of the project
• Develop and update weekly short interval schedule working with supervisors and field engineers.
• Communicate to management of risks affecting project profit, costs, schedules and client relations.
• Support project management team to maintain timely and effective change management processes, procedures and systems.
• Assist project team to develop and maintain periodic status reports to keep management informed on project progress
Project Time Management
• Scheduling: Development of Base Line Schedule using Planning Software PRIMAVERA (P3).
• Preparation of Weekly; Monthly & Three Months look-ahead Schedule. Updating actual Progress and all related information & comparison analysis.
• Project Scope Management
• Tracking and maintain scope changes of Mechanical items for Piping; Structural Steel; Piping & Mechanical Equipment and its effect on the overall project schedule.
• Resource Management
• Resources Estimation and Loading in P3 plan.
• Estimation of Manpower Requirement for the Project based on standard productivity norms. Monitoring of actual resources availability & analysis using Histogram.
• Budget Monitoring & estimation of CTC.
• Project Communications Management
• MIS: Preparing progress % calculation systems, earned man-hours, productivity & Trend analysis.
• Progress Measurement using S Curves.
• Preparation Executive Progress Summary Report / Presentations to the Top Management on Project Status for periodical review.
• To interact with PCM & issue project MIS to Client & H.O. on daily; weekly & monthly basis.
Prepared the Project Management Plan and the Project Implementation Plan which consisted of an integrated plan for Quality, Risk, EMS, HSSMS, Communication, Construction Management, Commercial Management and Project Controls System
Reviewing Contractor’s proposed Baseline program to ensure that it meets contract program specifications, legal requirements, and industry standards. Ensuring that the entire project scope of work is considered, schedule integrity is met, and constructability is assured; and recommending the Baseline program to client for final approval
Enforcing compliance to the approved Baseline schedule by checking updated schedule to ensure that no unauthorized changes were made to relationships, lags, durations, names, cost assignment, or any other settings of the original plan
Creation of a suitable project controls system for the project, assisting in progress, technical, & quality meetings, and developing minutes of all progress meetings with the contractor and coordination meetings with the Client
Proactively notifying the contractor of any delays noted in construction, engineering submittals, procurement or authority approvals, and the potential consequences on the project completion date
Evaluating the contractor’s time extension claims and assisting in analysis
