Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitoring compliance with MSC HSMS ISO 9001/14001 &OHSAS 18001.
Reporting HSE Performances directly to Vice President.
Providing professional occupational health and safety advice to management and employees.
Support the line manager with Accident/Incident investigation & Reporting.
Maintaining HSE documentation to satisfy Internal and external auditors.
Undertake HSE inspections and arranging TBT with the area managers.
To manage a team of Safety Advisors & Inspectors.
Coordinate all on site HSE Awareness training as directed by the HSE Training Manager.
Chair Safety Meeting and conducting Safety tours with Management and Subcontractors.
Development of site HSE process Audits and formal Site Inspection Schedules.

Mid Field Terminal Building Project for ADAC
Construction of Central processor unit (Steel Structure), Arrival and
Mezzanine floor, Hotel and Office buildings, Lounges and Roof works (Land
Mark Steel Structure work in UAE).
Erection and Commissioning of UAE’s first Jumbo Travelling Tower Crane in
MTB Project.
Communicating safety alerts and maintains statistics records, site inspection
reports and MSRA monitoring inspections.
Consolidate maintain weekly and monthly reports for the consultant as well
as the client.
Liaises with the client site safety representative on work related safety
requirements at site.
Organise and participate in project development safety training awareness
program by client as well as internal site safety training programmes.
Conduct daily safety talk related to the present and previous work safety
requirement so that necessary precautions will be implemented.

* Implementation of Safety Management System as per Project HSE Plan in
accordance with the local law (ADEHSMS RF) and responsibility for over-all
control of all related issues
* Coordination and control of Permit to work system, Statements, Risk
assessment and site queries.
* Handle safety assessments and deploy corrective measures to minimize
hazard risk profile.
* Conduct internal audits and inspections.
* Investigation and reporting Near Miss, Accidents/ Incidents and determine
root cause and develop corrective actions
* Preparation of Monthly/Daily Safety Reports and manage reports and
present summaries to management with suggested solutions
