• Analysis and Fault Management of Network related issues of BTS, BSC elements that include faults related to call routing, version upgrades and access network faults & doing shell scripting for Atomization in Unix.
• Analysis and Fault management of RF issues, MW Transmission & Optical transmission.
• Performing Health check for BSC & BTS in ZTE NetNeumen, ZXOMCB.
• Performing Software Back up & Software up gradation for BSC or BTS in ZXOMCB.
• Taking corrective actions as per different performance parameters such as Providing Technical support and guidance to Circle Engineers and Field Personnel as per the requirements Percentage RF failure, Blocking rate, Percentage Dropped rate, call setup success rate.
• Responsible for O&M of ZTE IP based BTS and BSCs system for the entire CDMA and GSM network and taking action to rectify the same
• Providing Technical support and guidance to Circle Engineers and Field Personnel as per the requirements.
• Coordinate with Transmission Team to ensure end-end connectivity of media using Loop-Break and BER test.
• DLS downloading/uploading in BSC Using Filezilla.
• Cell site up gradation in terms of BTS expansion, TRX addition, SDCCH, Sector addition, Call testing, Hand over testing, Edge Implementation and other Radio Parameter changes.
• Monitoring Alarms, Fault Management and Rectification of BTS and BSC of RCOM & RTL Networks from Wireless NNOC DAKC Mumbai.
• Zonewise Survilleance of East, South and North using TTI Nettrac Servers.
• Major Outage Escalation and their status updation with FM Team Leads and Transport Leads
• Trouble Ticket Management using Remedy Console.,
• Maintaining DSR reports
• Assisting engineers during Site Provisioning, Configuration and PEs.
• Checking site status using Netterm, ZTE Netnumen, Huawei LMT Parc, Musa and iManager 2000.
• Checking mails in Lotus Notes, requiring fault rectification or check up from Wireless NOC.
• Follow up reports to next team during shift handovers.
• Extended support for Network Planning, Survey and Installation of BTSs.
• Installation and commissioning of EVDO BTSs and its creation in BSC.
• Experience in maintaining Tx Power and attending VSWR issues (Remote Support).
• Remote Maintenance of BSC and BTS through OMC.
• Handled OSS part and good resolving Skills for all network issues.
• Experience in extending remote support for Hardware failures and network issues.
• Conducting Hardware & Software Acceptance Test (AT) for BTSs and BSC.
• Preventive maintenance and Task management of all Nodes.
• Working knowledge in several OMCR commands including Site-Loading, Site-Migration, Traffic-Shifting, Site-Monitoring.
• Giving support to the site engineers online for any problem and confusion and problem
• Solving, analytical skills and an ability to work well in a cross-functional team.
• Monitoring and fault rectification of 2G BTS and Minilink.
• Analysis of VSWR, Internal and External alarm and rectification of it.
B.Tech/B.E.(electronics and communication engineering) from RTM Nagpur University 2009 passed out.
