I have completed my 14 years in Freightworks as a warehouse in-charge. During this period i have done the inventory management.
Also, i have good knowledge in Microsoft excel and word.
My responsibilities are:-
Develops and trains warehouse employees
Maintains warehouse safety and security
Implement operational policies and procedures
Maintain health and safety standards
Motivate warehouse teams
Track inventory levels
Understanding of warehouse layout
Warehousing management
Assisting with deliveries where required
Ensure safety of staff
Implement and oversee security operations
Inventory management
Keep detailed records of warehouse activities
Motivating and disciplining staff
Schedule maintenance and repairs for equipment
Communicate job expectations and coach employees
Examine tools and equipment conditions
