•Participating in bid analysis to help determine supplier availability and capability.
•Conducting site surveys to assess the property and identify potential challenges.

•Assisting in the preparation of presentations and official correspondence intended for senior management, boards, government partners, and other external bodies as required.
•Providing support to the construction supervision team and overseeing landscape and irrigation construction works.
•Coordinating with other relevant disciplines, such as mechanical and electrical engineers, architects, etc.
•Developing the scope of engineering work, schedules, and budgets for the assigned project elements, and monitoring progress to meet schedule and budget requirements.
•Assisting the project manager in planning, directing, supervising, and controlling the execution of technical and administrative functions of the project or study.
•Preparing technical reports, project manuals, and documentation of activity for the client and project management.
•Monitoring and reviewing the contractor's performance and reporting issues, status, and progress of work on site.
•Attending weekly or monthly meetings as necessary.
•Participating in contract close-out and handover of the landscaping and irrigation networks upon completion of the works.
•Performing other related duties as required and assigned.
