Duties and Responsibilities:

Boarding/Attending various types of vessels like container vessel, cruise ships, tankers, navy vessel and car carriers etc as agents, owners and charters representative at various sea ports.
Coordinating and providing various supplies like food bunkers and spare parts for the vessels including US navy vessels from local and international market.
Coordination and follow up with port control, port operations and vessel planners for the smooth operation of vessel to avoid delays in arrival departure.
Arranging on time Inward/outward clearance for the vessel through UAE seaport immigration.
Immigration and customs clearance for sign on/ sign off crews and their hotel transport arrangements.
Commercial and diplomatic assistance for navy and other vessel for their entry to UAE.
Ensure to provide high quality services to the customer as per companies quality policy.

•Enhanced working experience with pioneer shipping lines like Maersk line, Hoegh Line, MOL etc
•Well experienced in international shipping and commercial operation and ISPS formalities.
•Knowledge of local immigration requirements and documents for ships and crews entry /exit.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Working as a supervisor and coordinator for logistics and shipping operation
Inspection and verification of in/out cargo and documents.
Preparation of stuffing, un-stuffing and daily productivity reports.
Coordination and supervision of projects and oil field cargo operation.
Perform radio frequency based ware house operation.
Ensure the safety and security of the staff and cargo during the operation.

Project operation supervised for : Petrofac Darood oil field project, Iran, Petrofac AGT project, Madinat Zayed power station project on behalf of Abu Dhabi water& electricity dept.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Coordinating and reporting with sales and marketing department.
• Planning and implementing strategic marketing techniques for various FMCG Products.
• Preparation of daily sales reports and monthly statement.
