Worked on multiple client engagements successfully helping clients solve their unique problems. Independently, and as part of a broader team depending on the scope of the engagement, gathered requirements, presented solutions, managing the projects, and utilizing KGS resources to develop and implement on time and on budget. The engagements included:
• Led the Audit Management stream helping move the IRM applications from Archer to ServiceNow GRC applications for a global Telecommunications company.
• Designed and implemented CMDB and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) within ServiceNow for a global Technology company. Established a Configuration Management and Onboarding process of various teams to adopt CSDM.
• Developed reports and dashboards for Configuration and Asset Management within ServiceNow. Performed Configuration and Hardware Asset Audits and provided recommendations for cleanup. Conducted baselines for Configuration, Hardware and Software Asset Inventories, Implemented Hardware Asset Management (HAM Pro) and Asset Lifecycle processes for a global Energy company.
• Analyzed the software landscape of a major financial company and identified internal software assets and software compliance issues.
• Led in development and documenting artifacts needed to host a TPRM Service in ServiceNow as part of an ongoing internal engagement.

● Define and control the components of services and infrastructure to the client by
optimizing the service assets, IT configurations, capabilities, and resources.
● Maintain accurate configuration information on the historical, planned, and current state
of the services and infrastructure thereby supporting efficient and effective Service
Management processes.
● Tools: BMC Action Request System (Remedy), BMC CMDB, BMC Asset Management,
Infrastructure Management System, Serena Business Mashups (TeamTrack).
Developed, documented, tested, and implemented Configuration and Change
Management Solutions for internal ITS organizations in Serena Business Mashups
formerly TeamTrack, BMC’s Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and PVCS.
● Developed and implemented an automated RFC solution for the Change Advisory Board
across all ITS in which the changes are tracked, discussed, approved, and reported.
● Monitored, maintained, and controlled hardware configurations in firm-wide network
environments. Identified and maintained inventory of items under configuration control.
● Actively participated as team member in planning, designing, and implementing, testing
and support of multiple CM solutions/projects.
● Responsible for the Installation and upgrade of various CM tools such as SBM
TeamTrack, PVCS Version Manager, SupportSoft, Stellant Content Server
